Send supported assets to another Nelvayo user by @username or to a wallet address on Base. These are real on-chain transfers. To receive, share your receiving address or let the sender scan your QR code. Public access has not opened yet.
The embedded wallet and usernames simplify sending. You can also use wallet addresses and QR codes. When transferring from another wallet, check that the asset and network are supported: the current wallet uses USDC, EURC and ETH on Base.
The Cash Out flow is integrated with Transak: sell a supported crypto asset and transfer it on-chain as part of the payout process. Public use is pending production approval. Bank or card payouts, fees and settlement times will depend on your country and provider support.
We have not announced launch markets yet. Availability of each feature will depend on regulatory requirements and partner coverage in each country. Joining the waitlist and telling us your country helps us prioritise where to launch first.
U.S. stock buying and selling is planned for a later release, after the initial launch. It is not available in the current app and depends on securing a licensed brokerage partner, regulatory approval and country eligibility. No release date has been announced. Markets currently supports research and tracking only.
The current app supports USDC, EURC and ETH on Base, including on-chain conversions between these assets. Nelvayo remains pre-launch; public access has not opened yet.

No. Nelvayo is a technology platform, not a bank. Where banking, payment or custody services are offered, they may be provided by licensed third-party providers. Balances held through Nelvayo are not bank deposits unless explicitly stated by the relevant partner.
No. Nelvayo is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. Any brokerage services made available through the app are intended to be provided by licensed third-party brokerage partners, subject to their terms and eligibility requirements.
Nelvayo is pre-launch. Working features described here are implemented in the app; public access has not opened yet. Wallet, Send / Receive, Convert, Portfolio and History are working. Markets provides research and tracking; stock trading is not available.
The Buy flow is integrated with Transak and opens its hosted checkout inside the app. Public use is pending provider activation and commercial arrangements. Supported payment methods, countries, fees and identity checks will depend on Transak availability.
Virtual account flows are integrated with Bridge, including its hosted identity verification. This feature remains disabled pending provider activation. USD and EUR account details for receiving funds are planned; eligible countries and account capabilities will be confirmed before access opens.
Swap USDC, EURC and ETH on-chain without leaving the app. Slippage limits control how much the execution price may move from the quote, while transaction policy checks govern which swaps can proceed.
Review your balance history, follow it on a chart and open individual assets for more detail. Saved balance history lets you look back at changes over time alongside your current holdings. Browse your transaction history, open a transaction for its details and export your records. Keep track of past activity from the same app you use to manage your assets.
